Keswick’s Adult Day Services is a smart and affordable alternative to nursing home placement or home care companions for those suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and other types of memory impairment, as well as seniors with medical problems that prevent them from being at home alone during the day.

With a Montessori approach, our caring, activity-filled, secure adult day care environment truly engages clients and matches activities to an individual's interests. The result is a community where seniors are less isolated and more mentally and physically active. At the same time, our adult day care facility provides a welcome daytime respite for family members, ultimately, making them better caregivers.

Adult Day Services includes:

• Initial assessment of service needs and an individualized plan of adult day care
• Ongoing monitoring, assessment and revision of the care plan as needed
• A wide range of therapeutic and social activities
• When prescribed by a physician, available rehabilitative services and specialized rehabilitation therapies
• Highly qualified and knowledgeable staff: adult daycare director, registered nurse, social worker, dietician, activities coordinator and certified geriatric program assistants
• Personal care including assistance with daily living, bathing and incontinence care
• Health education, including nutrition education with dietary counseling
• Social services to participants and caregivers
• Podiatry services
• Continental breakfast, nutritious lunch and afternoon snack, accommodating special diets
• Transportation available for those who live within seven miles of Keswick

FEES
Participant charge per scheduled day - $76 (includes one way transportation)

• Late pick-up fee - $10 each 15 minutes past 5:30pm
